What are your recommended drinks for events?
Our crowd favorites include Royal No.9 Milk Tea and Peach Oolong Tea. Please refer to our menu. We’re happy to also suggest a mix based on your guest profile or event vibe!
Do you deliver to multiple locations at once?
No, delivery is to one event location per order. If you need multiple setups, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
What is the lead time for live stations?
We recommend booking at least 14 working days in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for planning and customization.
When do I make the payment?
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. This helps us lock in your event date and start prepping your drinks and setup!
Can I make changes to my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once payment is made, we’re unable to accommodate changes. This ensures we can prepare everything accurately and deliver the best experience for your event.
What’s the difference between the DIY Bubble Tea Cart and the Live Station Cart?
The Live Station includes a full-service setup with our team brewing drinks on-site for your guests. The DIY Bubble Tea Cart is self-service whereby guests will get all the ingredients to make their drinks.
What does your pricing include?
All our live station packages include delivery, setup, ingredients, cleanup, and teardown. You just bring the guests—we’ll bring the tea and good vibes!
